“New teachers come with new ideas. It’s the neighbors teaching neighbors idea. You don’t have to be a professional teacher. Most of our teachers are not, but they want to help other people learn how to do something they know how to do, and want to offer it to the community. That’s a large part of how we develop new courses.”
--Fran Johnston, Board Member and Former Executive Director

So, you want to teach a class? Mt. Airy Learning Tree is always interested in new ideas for classes. A course proposal form is on this page. After completing the form, click “Submit,” and the form will be sent to the office. Or you can print the form and mail, fax or drop it off at the office. The address and the FAX number are at the bottom of this page. If you want to fill out a second form, click on “Reset” after you have finished filling out and sending the first form, and the screen will be cleared. Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. The deadline for the fall term is October 1.
